Fixed some error

Seems that some modules got turned off by mistakes thus making the block option for downloading different resolution failed to render.

It is now fixed.

We have installed a new cache system to speed up the page loading, please give us your feedback if you encounter any error.

We suffer wallpaper losses due to server misconfiguration, because of this we have to revert back to our previous backup.

500 or more latest wallpaper is lost... but no worries we will keep adding fresh wallpaper for you.
